11:18 hours Engine 34 was dispatched for a reported underground electrical fire at the intersection of Campus Drive and Arcola Road.
Engine 34 responded with a crew of 5. Chief 68 was first to arrive on location, and upon arrival directed Engine 34 to take up a blocking position on Campus Drive above the electrical issue. Assistant 34 in C34 arrived and took up a blocking position along with Squad 69-1 on Arcola at Campus Drive. PECO was notified of the issue and arrived about an hour later. Chief 68 made all units available, one PECO arrived.
