Hall Rentals

Thank you for your interest in renting The Dennis D. Parker Memorial Hall. The hall will hold up to 80 people at a price of $350.00 with a $150 security deposit and the agreement to and signing of a rental contract. Rental price will increase to $375.00 for rentals after June 1, 2026 and $400.00 for rentals after January 1, 2027. Tables and chairs that will accommodate up to the maximum capacity of the room are provided and, with some coordination, are able to be set up in advance of your event. Renters are expected to collect their trash and remove all table cloths, decorations, balloons etc. when their event is concluded. Other logistics such as maximum rental time, inclusion of alcohol and decorations policy can be communicated and discussed with our rental coordinator.
Use of the kitchen is included in the rental fee. Renters may use the oven, range and microwave to heat food or store cold items in the refrigerator. However, use of the kitchen to prepare and serve food is prohibited.
Renters and their guests are not permitted to park in our parking lot. In the event of an emergency, our parking lot needs to be available for our volunteers to park. Therefore, Collegeville Borough Hall is available for parking and is immediately across the street from our front doors.
