| At 11:19 a.m., Squad 34 was dispatched to a second alarm assignment at Superior Play Systems, located at 2554 Industry Lane, in response to a working building fire. The first arriving officer established command and directed all responding units to switch to channel OPS 6.
At 11:30 a.m., command ordered the evacuation of the building due to multiple collapses occurring within and around the fire site. All units were advised to be cautious of the collapse zones surrounding the building.
Water supply operations were assigned to channel OPS 8. Manpower staging was arranged in the parking lot at 2555 Industry Lane. Given the significant volume of water required to extinguish the fire, the LDHS was dispatched to lay supply lines from an alternative water source. A tanker task force was also deployed to shuttle water from another supply location to the scene.
Multiple Fire Police units received a page to assist with traffic control around the water supply lines and various sites.
