| At 11:46 a.m., Station 34 and Station 77 Fire Police were dispatched to assist Collegeville Police with traffic control following a motor vehicle accident blocking E. First Avenue at the Perkiomen Creek Trail Crossing. Fire Police from Station 34 closed northbound traffic at 9th Avenue and Glen Farms Drive, while FP34-1 coordinated with Traffic 77 and FP77-5 to block southbound traffic at Iron Bridge Drive.
The roadway remained closed until DeWanes Towing removed a vehicle from the scene. After the vehicle was cleared, Fire Police reopened the roadway and became available at 12:13 p.m. |
