At 08:50 hours, Station 34 along with Ladder 68-2 (Trappe) were dispatched to a tree branch and wires down on Chestnut Street between 6th Avenue and 7th Avenue. Chief 34 arrived and held the response to Engine 34 and the Fire Police. Peco responded and cut power to the affected area. Public works then removed the large tree branch from the roadway and the road was reopened about 2 hours later.
