At 06:15 hours on Monday, November 14, Station 34 with mutual aid Ladder 77 were dispatched to a reported fire alarm at 55 W. 4th Avenue, The Flag Factory Lofts. MCEDS advised Battalion 34 or a report of something burning in the hallway. Battalion 34 arrived a reported a fire on the second floor Room 205 and established command at 06:29 hours and had all units switch to Fireground 2. Command also requested and upgrade of SD86 as RIT and L86, who were then recalled when it was determined the sprinkler system had knocked down the fire.
