20:26 hours Squad 34 was dispatched along with Squad 68-1 for a reported vehicle fire EB at Mile Marker 1863. Squad 34 responded with a crew of 6. Chief 68-1 arrived on locations and had Squad 34 respond up onto the highway and take up a blocking position behind E68-1 and Squad 68-1. There was no fire and units returned after about 10 minutes of securing the scene.
