The month of May has been designated Mental Health Awareness Month. With everything that has gone on over the past year, sometimes our mental health doesn’t seem to be at the forefront of our minds. Here are a few ideas on how you can help your mental health.
-Be open about mental health
-Do something creative
-Keep things “light” when possible
-Have a glass of water, and then another
-Stick to a routine
-Find a retreat in your home
