Tonight, the members of the Collegeville Fire Company have teamed up with Trappe Fire Company No. 1 and Perkiomen Township Fire Company in a joint duty crew effort. The individual Fire Companies will staff their respective stations on assigned nights in an effort to ensure staffing on incidents. While this is not a foreign concept to Collegeville who used to have assigned duty staffing for rescue calls, this is a new concept in having a crew “in house” and working with other Fire Companies in this type of venture. We are excited to be teaming up with our neighbors in ensuring that our Community it’s given the best service available.
