At 11:48 hours station 34 fire police were dispatched to assist the Police Department with shutting down W. 9th Avenue in the Borough of Collegeville for multiple wires down in the street. The PD had already called for PECO, VERIZON and COMCAST, all of which responded within an hour. W 9th Avenue remained shut down until 15:15 hours when utility crew finished their work.
