At 07:23 hours Station 34 along with 66, 77, 53 were dispatched to a reported dwelling fire, with resident reporting smoke coming from a light switch on the front side of the house. Engine 66 arrive on scene first as they had crews in station for their pancake breakfast, and secured power to the light switch, they also advised the home owner to contact an electrician. At 07:33 Chief 34 reduced and held the response to 34 units and then recalled all units with the exception of himself and Engine 66.
