At 13:05 hours Station 34 was dispatched to a reported vehicle fire in the area of Wells Fargo Bank.
Chief 34 arrived on scene and found the vehicle on W. Second Avenue near the entrance to Keyser-Miller Ford.

He reported no fire that it was actually an MVA, vehicle had slid into the curb due to the snow, and that it was a Police matter.
Traffic was stopped temporarily to allow the vehicle to move off the roadway. PD had a delayed response due to the heavy traffic congestion and blocked roadways caused by the snowstorm.
