It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing of our good friend and life member, Doug Miller. Doug has served CFC and the Collegeville Community for nearly 25 years. In that time he held several positions such as Engineer, Asst. Chief and Vice President. He was a Firefighter for over 50 years, and is also a life member at Berwyn Fire Company where he surely touched as many lives as he did here at Station 34. Doug has made a positive impact on each and every one of us and we are all better for having known him. While we immediately felt the impact of his absence; we will honor him by carrying the knowledge and examples that he provided to us wherever we go in our lives. We know you are pain free and at peace now which gives us comfort. Rest easy brother, we miss you.

A Firemans funeral will be held for Doug - details are below:

October 28th - Visitation for family & friends to call from 6:30p-8:30p at St. Lukes United Church of Christ in Trappe

October 29th - Visitation from 9:00a-10:30a at St. Lukes United Church of Christ in Trappe with Memorial Service to follow.

Following the Memorial Service, there will be a short procession down to Trinity Church so Doug can take a final ride aboard Rescue 34. A luncheon will then be held at Trinity Church following the procession, all are welcome to attend.
