15:57 hours Station 34 Fire Police were dispatched to Hopwood Road and S. Collegeville Rd., to assist Upper Providence
Township Police. FP34-1 along with 68 PD shut down SB S. Collegeville Road at Hopwood Road and diverted all traffic west onto Hopwood RD.
Station 99 Fire Police had: also been dispatched to Arcola Road and S. Collegeville Road to shut down NB traffic. This was done due to numerous
tractor trailers and vehicles stuck on the hill and blocking all lanes of S. Collegeville Road. Roadway was re-opened at 17:52 hours after all stuck vehicles were
removed and Penn-DOT plowed and salted the roadway.
