This evening at 18:19 hours Station 34 was dispatched along with Engine and Ladder 77 for a report of building fire at 612 Main Campus Drive at the Kaleidoscope building on the campus of Ursinus College. The College reported a 2nd floor smoke detector with smoke in Room #214, the dimmer room. Chief 34 arrived on location and confirmed/reported smoke on the second floor. Chief 34 called for additional units due to the size of the building. Crews discovered a small electrical fire and isolated it.
The building/situation was then turned over to Ursinus College Facilities personnel.
All Units went available.
